How do pay my POA dues?

POA dues can be paid by check, credit card, or ACH (bank draft).

  1. Annual fees are due by January 31
  2. Invoices are emailed on Jan 1 or physically mailed at the end of December
  3. Paying by check: send to the PO Box on the invoice
  4. Paying by credit card or ACH: Logon to the PayHOA portal (https://app.payhoa.com/sign-up/38349-trout-pond-property-owners-assn-inc) and pay your invoice online

How can I get involved or contribute my time to the community?

Let us know you're interested by sending us an email to tppoacommunity@gmail.com. Here are ways to participate:

  • Join the Board
  • Join a committee
  • Host an event
  • Send us your photos to share with your neighbors

Do we have a Facebook or other social media group/site?

  • No. However, there is a Facebook group called Lost River Valley Social Guild that most people join to get local information.

Is our personal information safe?

  • We use strong encryption and up-to-date safety protocols to ensure the security of our community data and communications.

Postal Mail Service

  • For postal mail service, contact the Lost City post office to start service.
  • The number is 304-896-9168. You may request a box in one of the cluster mailbox locations.
  • The Lost City Post Office manages the keys to the mailboxes, but the association owns and maintains them.
